Renting as the Landlord

Pre-Listing:

We will do research on the rental market as it applies to your specific property, giving you information on what has recently been leased and what is currently active on the market.

Listing Appointment:

Let’s chat! We want to understand your goals and how we can help you achieve them. What information do we need to know about how and why you are looking to lease this property? 

Photography:

We want to showcase what your property has to offer so potential tenants will know why this is the place for them! We will hire a real estate photographer to produce magazine-quality photos of your property to display online.

Listing:

We will complete all documents to keep you in compliance with state regulations and to make sure your property is accurately represented on the MLS and all real estate websites. We will install the For Lease sign in the yard, and diligently market your property on social media, through our email database, and in cooperation with other area agents.

Showings and Questions:

We know that your time is at a premium. Let us handle all of the questions about the physical aspects of the property, and what is allowed/required of a tenant. We will also coordinate showings to best fit your schedule and will provide any and all feedback as soon as it is available.

Applications:

Every prospective tenant will provide a completed application, as well as consent to complete a background and credit check. We will provide you with the results of each of these to help you make the decision that best fits your needs.

Post-Decision:

After you have selected an acceptable tenant, we will handle the collection of funds and the completion of documents to finalize the arrangement.
