Rent Collection
We collect rent on your behalf every month and deliver to you in a timely fashion. If rent should be delinquent, we will collect appropriate late fees and include with the submission of rent. Each month, you will receive an accounting of all rental income and any agreed-upon expenses.
Screening
Selecting a tenant can be daunting due to the numerous unknown variables. We have each prospective tenant evaluated based on credit, background, employment and rental history so you can make the most informed decision.
Maintenance/Repairs
From time to time, repairs may be necessary to your property to keep it at the agreed-upon standard. We will field all inquiries about issues from tenants, discuss solutions with you, coordinate repairs, and maintain records and invoices.
Leasing
Once we have found the perfect fit for your property, we will prepare, complete, and review all necessary documents with all parties to ensure the maximum level of comfort and a smooth renting process.
Evictions
Though every effort is made to avoid an unfortunate situation, sometimes tenant evictions are necessary due to non-payment or breach of the lease terms. We will take the lead on any such action to produce the most efficient and inexpensive results.
