Referral Program for Agents

We always go above and beyond to treat our clients like family. Rest assured, any clients referred to us will be in good hands and treated with the utmost care and respect! All you have to do is make the introduction and collect your check after the closing!

Commissions Earned:

1st Referral: 30%

2nd-4th Referrals: 40%

5th and more: 50%

For every referral submitted by an agent that concludes in a successful Act of Sale, that agent will receive the above-stated percentage of the total commission paid to Honeycomb Homes & Properties for representing the referred client’s side of the transaction. As mandated by Louisiana law, this commission will be paid to the submitting agent’s broker. The commission will then be subject to whatever agreement the submitting agent has with their broker in regards to commissions splits or other provisions. Agents who hold their license with Honeycomb Homes & Properties will not be subject to any additional fees or splits regarding referrals. Only active licensed real estate agents qualify for this referral program.
