Listing your home is an important decision that involves many factors. Luckily, our REALTORS® are here to simplify the process every step of the way! Let our real estate agents guide you through the process:

Pre-Listing:

Before we even meet, we do research on the specific market as it applies to your home, and factor in information of homes that have sold, have expired off the market, and are still active on the market. We do this to provide you with the complete picture to help you determine the right pricing for entering the market.

Listing Appointment:

We want to know you! What are your goals? Why are you wanting to sell? What can we provide for you, and what are you looking for in an agent? Let’s make sure we are a good fit for each other!

What needs to be done before you list your home? We will also guide you through all of the documents to keep you in compliance during the sale of your home.

Photography:

Since technology allows buyers to preview properties before seeing them in person, it is important to showcase the unique aspects of your home online. We will hire a real estate photographer to produce magazine-quality photos of your home.

Listing:

We will complete all necessary listing paperwork and documents to ensure that your property is accurately represented on the MLS. We will make sure that all third party real estate websites are updated with your newly-listed property. We will, of course, get that For Sale sign in your yard! And we will share your property on social media platforms, send to our email database, and collaborate with other agents to get your property sold! 

Showings and Questions:

One of the most important, yet, lesser known, services that we provide when we list your property is to field any and all questions that prospective buyers and their agents may have regarding the physical qualities and environment of the property.

When their questions are satisfied and they want to view the home, we will coordinate all showings to best fit with your schedule. 

We will also provide you any and all feedback on showings as soon as it is available to us.

Negotiation:

We are here to work on your behalf to secure the best offer on your home that is available. When we receive an offer, we will be there to advise you on how to proceed in the way that makes the most sense for you!

Under Contract:

Once we have negotiated an acceptable purchase agreement, the fun has just begun! There are various steps to get from this point to the closing table. We will get all necessary documents signed by all appropriate parties. We will coordinate inspections with the buyer’s agent, and negotiate any subsequent requests. We will stay in close contact with the title company and lender to make sure everything is proceeding as necessary. We will facilitate all scheduling and advise on all matters to make for a smooth transition. And, of course, we will attend the closing and make sure all is completed efficiently and accurately.
