Q: What led you to your current career?
A: Necessity! I went to law school because I wanted the freedom to choose my own path, and I knew that a career in law could be applied to almost any industry. I lost my job after Hurricane Katrina, and I actually hated litigation. I worked for a developer after law school, and it sparked my interest in entrepreneurship and real estate.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in the area, and what do you like to get there?
A: Either Cena for the Nashville Chicken Sandwich or Cate Street Seafood Station for the Tuna and Salmon Sashimi

Q: How long have you lived or worked in the area?
A: All my life! I grew up in Ponchatoula and went to Southeastern for undergrad, and then Loyola Law School. I worked in New Orleans for a while and then found my way back.

Q: What is your favorite childhood memory?
A: So many, but winning the quarter-finals in soccer at PHS my senior year was a great one.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why?
A: Maldives! I’ve always wanted to go there.

Q: What is your favorite movie? What is the first movie you remember seeing in a theater?
A: The Shawshank Redemption. I’ve seen it so many times. The first movie I remember seeing in the theater was E.T.

Q: What advice would you give to a crowd of people?
A: Take risks!

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: I always wanted to skydive.

Q: What is your favorite music or an artist/band that you would like to see (dead or alive)?
A: Blink 182, Robert Earl Keen or Beethoven

Q: What current or former business makes you the most nostalgic about the area?
A: Sanitary Barber or Trey Yuen, neither of which are around any more.

Q: If you could choose one person to go to lunch with that you’ve never met and is alive today, who is it and where would you go?
A: Jim Lovell on the Moon!

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique that you love about the area?
A: I love going down the river to relax.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: Retired, living in Perdido!

Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you (even friends or family)?
A: I lost the ability to walk for two weeks when I was 4 years old.

Q: What is a word or phrase that comes to mind when you think of the word “Home”?
A: Martha, my family, and North Thibodeaux Road.

Q: If you could have a full-time staff member that is fully paid for, what would that be? (Chef, housekeeper, driver, coach, personal trainer, etc.)
A: Definitely a chef. Eating good is the first step!

Q: What is your most commonly used emoji?
A: Thumbs up

Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
A: Flying
